Highlights
Small crowd for the second BSRA launch of the year. Saturdays launch was cancelled due to rain/snow and high winds. Today started out calm but became windier during the day. My first launch was the Estes Black Brant II on a D12-7. It was a nice flight with a perfect delay. Next was the Nike Smoke on a K550-W. It had a great flight to 4,794 feet. Then I flew the big Iris on a L1120-W. It had an excellent flight to 3,874 feet. The main chute stuck in the body tube but was deployed by the backup charge. My forth flight was the Javelin on a J275-W for a nice flight. The IA-X96 reported 3,487 feet. As it was fairly windy, I decided to fly my Big Daddy on a F52-5T. The flight was nice and the delay perfect for the conditions. My last flight of the day was the Sandhawk on a J415-W. It was a perfect flight to 4,018 feet.
